Timelines are from date of dispatch. Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the following business day.
Courier Partners
We ship with Delhivery, Bluedart, and Xpressbees depending on your pincode and selected delivery speed. The courier is assigned at the time of dispatch; you cannot pre-select a courier.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your shipment from your account page.
Delays
During new drop launches, sale events, and public holidays dispatch may extend by 1 – 2 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.
